Beginner Acro Yoga 4 week series
In this beginner Acro Yoga series you will explore weight sharing and bone stacking through static acroyoga poses. Using that vocabulary foundation, you'll start to create continues movement flows. By the end of the 4 weeks you'll be working on connecting the flows to create a performance to show off to friends and family. We invite you to Acro Yoga where with playfulness, creativity, and trust defy gravity!
