Voucher Redemption

Thank You for your purchase and we look forward to meeting you in the air!  We offer these deals in hopes you will fall in love with our studio, so please let us know what we can do to make your visit magical!

    • Be sure to create a MindBody account .
    • Fill out the voucher redemption form AT LEAST 48 hours before your first class. We will contact you class credits for your Groupon purchase if this is your first visit.*
    • You will get an email receipt showing your Groupon credits have been applied, and a class reservation confirmation if you requested a specific class. If you do not receive an email within 48 hours, please call us at (678)-775-8759.
    • Be sure to check all of the conditions of the current Groupon offer.

Please type your full name that matches your GROUPON receipt AND MindBody account. If you are redeeming the voucher for someone else, please leave their name as it would appear for their account.
No dashes or spaces. We don't spam you, it's just in case we have any hiccups redeeming your voucher.
Your email will be your Sky Gym account username. Your voucher credits will be automatically applied to your account. You will be able to create your own password once your account is set-up. This should be the same email used for purchasing your Groupon. If you have purchased multiple Groupons with different names or emails, we will honor the credit amount for the value purchased. Per Groupon terms, each client can purchase 2 per 180 days for themselves and 2 for a friend.
Note: the Groupon voucher ID is the 8 digit number beneath the bar code.
We need this for our class pre-requisites. Our group classes are for ages 12+.
If you want us to sign you up for a specific class, please include the date of that class and we will sign you up if there is room.
I understand that my Groupon can ONLY be used for Intro to Sky Dance, Aerial Yoga (Sky Yoga) and ground classes. By clicking yes below, I also acknolowedge the 48-hr turnaround timeframe that is needed for staff to process my Groupon voucher and understand that if I am asking to be placed into a class sooner than 48 hours I may not be added. I understand that per the Groupon terms, I cannot share this Groupon with another person. *
