Come see what hooping is all about! Laugh your way to a thinner waistline with this low impact cardio workout.

In this fun beginner level workshop, we will begin with basic movements that will tone and build strength, coordination, and balance. No prior hooping experience required! Working in both natural and reverse directions, each student will finish the workshop with an impressive repertoire of skills, as well as an understanding of the physics and mechanics behind each move.
